Central Board of Indirect Tax and Customs has reduced the limit of turnover from existing 10 Crore to 5 Crore for applicability of e invoicing. Notification no. 10/2013 – Central Tax, Dated 10th May 2023 has been issued in this regard. The limit of turnover of Rs. 5 Crore shall be applicable with effect from 1st August 2023.
