Hemant Gupta is a Chartered Accountant having experience of more than 18 year in Finance and management consultancy. He is also an Insolvency professional. He was CFO of Gaursons, a well known real estate company. He was leading the finance team and handling all fund of the company. He has distinct interest and expertise in the field of real estate and is assisting the various real estate majors meeting their finance requirement, optimizing finance cost and project management consultancy.

Amit Goel

Amit Goel

Amit Goel is a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate having More than 14 year of experience in Assurance and Risk Advisory. He has earlier worked with Grant Thornton, as Senior Associates for more than 3 Years. He has conducted large number of Statutory audits, Internal Audit, Forensic Audit, Bank Audits of various MNCs and listed cos. He is handling assurance and risk advisory operations and is also leading the team for Ind AS, IFRS, USGAAP, conversions.

Anuj Garg

Anuj Garg

Anuj Garg is Law graduate and qualified accountant. He did his B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University and LLB. from C.C.S. University. He was a rank holder in CA. He is having post qualification experience of more than 16 year in direct and indirect taxation. He has worked with GOPALJEE, a well known FMCG company, as Finance director. He has expertise in the field of direct and indirect taxation and engaged in litigation, consulting and advisory in Income Tax and GST. He has vast experience in litigation under Income Tax and GST also represents clients before various appellate authorities and appellate tribunals.

Pancham Sethi

Pancham Sethi is a Chartered Accountant having More than 13 year of experience in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing. He has earlier worked with SS Kothari Mehta and Co. for more than 6 year was holding the position of Associate director. He has expertise in Direct Tax with expertise in Transfer Pricing and International Tax matters including advisory, transaction structuring, DTAA corporate taxation, merger and acquisition advisory.
