Credit Note to Composition Dealer

Dear Sir, Can a Regular scheme dealer issue credit note to COMPOSITION scheme dealer and reverse his Output tax liability ? 2) If no, then what alternate is possible as such GST will become expense of the supplier (regular scheme dealer) ?

There is no specific bar in issuing credit note to composition dealer. Credit note can be issued to normal as well as composition dealer as per the provision of section 34 of CGST Act. In fact in GSTR 4 there is provision, which is filed by composition dealer, there is provision to report credit note issue to him.
